Product positioning:
Call- & Track 5.0 is suitable for the dedicated inhouse service and support purpose. You can cover reseller-telephone-support or helpdesk activities within the company owned support department.  Call- & Track Version 5.0 is suitably only for the local workstation or the local network. There is no possibility of online access. Master data import of customer or user data can be made via a service utility. Every user can obtain this service utility via download or e-mail from the technical support of MASCH Russland.

Call- & Track 5.1 is the universal service and support solution with which you besides of the classical telephone hotline can also integrate the external operating service technician via e-mail remote linkage in your support and process treatment.   

Furthermore you have the possibility to install an online module on your Microsoft based web server, throughout which you can integrate online service requests directly into the system. The master data import of external customer or user data is made possible throughout takeover of appropriate csv files directly within Call- & Track 5.1.

Remote-User:  Therefor you need to order further 1 user licences

Therefore Call- & Track 5.2 is suitable for midsize and big call center environments.
