In principle, there is no fixed limit. CM Studio .PM is designed to be scalable. License prices are based on the number of bookable rooms and units.

CM Studio .PM—the Property Manager—is particularly ideal for small hotels with up to 25 rooms, as well as single hotels ranging from 26 to 200 rooms. Hotels with more than 200 rooms can also use CM Studio .PM, but should plan for a dedicated operational server for their cloud application. The functional advantages of CM Studio .PM are particularly evident in the market segment of small to medium-sized individual hotels.

   
 

YES. In addition to rooms, vacation rentals and other bookable resources can also be easily managed and reserved. For parking spaces or meeting rooms, a comment field can be used during the booking process to provide special notes, requests, or details regarding their use.

   
 

YES. Email templates can be extensively customized—including your logo, layout, text, and legal information. For invoice layouts, there are several templates to choose from, all of which comply with tax authority requirements. In most cases, data migration is possible, such as for guest data and company addresses. The channel manager typically assists with future reservations. The scope and effort involved in data migration depend on the existing system, and we strongly recommend conducting a preliminary review of the interfaces.

YES. All invoices issued for the current month and the past 10 years are archived in the system and can be viewed, printed, or sent electronically at any time.

   
 

YES. Important actions are logged. This makes it possible to track who made which changes and when—ensuring maximum transparency and security. MASCH Customer Service can also view and review detailed log files, allowing them to monitor and log communications with external partners in particular.

No special hardware is required to run CM Studio .PM. The application runs entirely via a cloud service and can be easily accessed using your current web browser. This makes CM Studio .PM operating system-independent and allows it to be used on virtually any internet-enabled device, whether it’s a Windows PC, Apple Macintosh, Windows laptop, or tablet.

   
 

CM Studio .PM is designed as multi-user software and has no user limit under the standard license. Individual workstations access your private cloud server in the MASCH Software Solutions server farm via the Internet Protocol.
