Infection chain tracing is currently a very much discussed topic in the context of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. We think this is an extremely important topic, especially but not only for the retail, tourism and hospitality industries.
At the same time, no one is talking about a sustainable contact tracing concept. But a sustainable and proactive contact tracing of possible infection chains is the key factor, that can speed up the work of public health authorities and make it more efficient und successful.
Many of the apps on the market simply don't go deep enough in their concept, relying on the voluntariness of the individual user, to be not responsible for the restrictions of the GDPR rules. These solution do not solve the problem at all, because they do not help the registrating companies and the health authorities to cooperate and exchange information in a legal and effective way. However, GDPR is not the real problem, if a clear technical and organizational relationship between the guest or customer and the registrating company (hotel, restaurant, but also retail) is defined and documented.
Discuss with us on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 3:00 pm, how retail, tourism and gastronomy can move forward with a sustainable solution and at the same time find a way back to a "normality" in pandemic times. Because everything we already establish for the summer will help us prevent another lockdown next winter!

My colleagues and I from MSITEC, together with our partners from Brandenburg, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Hamburg, would like to introduce you to our concept of a sustainable contact tracing, with which you can make safe shopping, travel, visits to restaurants and cultural life possible again for the whole society already in the upcoming summer season.
This can benefit society as a whole, but especially
the participating businesses and the authorities!
After the presentation, we will be available for questions and hopefully a constructive discussion.
I look forward to your participation.
Please be noted, that the presentation and the discussion will be held in German language.
Yours sincerely
